FACILITIES

Mary Keyes Residence - Suite Style - Ideal For Families - four private bedrooms (single beds), two full bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Air conditioned for your comfort.
Les Prince Hall - Ideal for Individuals or Couples - single or double occupancy bedrooms (single beds) with an ensuite bathroom. Common lounge and kitchen area on each floor. Air conditioned for your comfort.
Cooking untensils and/or dishes are not provided, however guests may bring their own.
Bed linens, towel, face cloth and soap are provided.
Each bedroom is equipped with an internet connection. A network adapter and an RJ-45 cable are required to connect to the network.
Laundry facilities are available within each residence building.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Dining on campus (Hospitality Services) is available Monday to Friday. Meal cards can be purchased, through the Mac Express Centre, located in the Commons Building, Monday to Friday only.
Service Centres are located in Mary Keyes Residence and the Commons Building - Main Lobbies.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Smoke and pet free environment. Service dogs permitted.

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

If staying less than one month, full payment is required upon check-in. Guests staying one month or more (must stay consecutive nights), first month's payment is due upon check-in and remaining payments are due on a monthly basis thereafter (if applicable).
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Interac accepted. Sorry... NO personal cheques.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your reservation or a one night's stay will be charged to your credit card.

The University cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft or damage to guest's personal property or vehicle. In addition, the University reserves the right to end a guest's stay, re-assign rooms and take any other reasonable steps to preserve the safety and security of our guests.
