The experienced conference staff have the resources and knowledge of the University to enable us to custom-tailor your program, according to your specific requirements.

There are countless details to arrange and many hours of planning to ensure your conference/special event is a great success. Working with various departments on campus, Conference & Event Services is the link between you and the many people that are instrumental in the organizing and planning of your event, with attention to detail that is so critical to the success of your program. We arrange accommodation, meals, meeting facilities, parking, recreation, audio-visual and much, much more, so that you and your participants can feel at home and welcome at McMaster University.
