We can provide the following Services:

1) On-Line Registration Payment Processing - Groups of 50 or More (no accommodation required)

- $500.00 set up fee per event
- 5% of total collected up to a maximum of $10,000
- deposit payments using on-line cashiering
- process refunds
- provide client with detailed reports of registrants throughout the registration process

2) Full Conference/Event Registration Service - $45.00 per delegate
In addition to managing accommodation requirements (as outlined below), we will:

- deposit payments using on-line cashiering
- process refunds
- prepare delegate information kits with materials provided by client
- prepare delegate name tags
- set up and provide appropriate staffing at Registration Desk
- provide client with detailed reports of registrants throughout the registration process

3) Partial Conference/Event Registration Service - $20.00 per delegate
In addition to managing accommodation requirements (as outlined below), we will:

- deposit payments using on-line cashiering
- process refunds
- provide client with detailed reports of registrants throughout the registration process

4) Name Tag Production - $5.00 per delegate (black print); $7.00 per delegate (coloured print)
Includes:

- your choice of name tag style
- printing of inserts
- provide an alphabetical listing

BASIC CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT

is provided at NO CHARGE to groups who meet the following criteria:

    1. Minimum of 25 guests staying in University residence accommodation.
    2. Minimum stay of two nights accommodation, and
    3. Minimum of one meal (or coffee service) during conference or event
    Basic Conference Management Includes:

a) central co-ordination of University facility requirements, accommodation, meals, coffee services, meeting rooms, set ups, audio-visual requirements, athletic and recreational facilities, and other services
b) accommodation check-in and check-out
c) preparation of contract with all conference requirements and related costs
d) preparation of final invoice and statistics for the conference/event organizer
